Airline Seating Requests
Seating requests will be noted, however seat requests cannot be guaranteed in economy class. Specific seating may be pre-booked for business and first class. Please put your preference (if any) on your registration form.
If Making Own Flight Arrangements
You may purchase a land only package for the main conference in Rome & Tuscany extended main conference. In these instances, you will be responsible for your own return transfer arrangements between the airports and hotels. Please advise the PSA Travel Help Desk (1300 139 293) of your flight details once you have booked them so we can advise the hotels.
Purchase of the Conference Packages
As the conference program activities are included in both the Registration and Travel Package components, a registration fee on its own will not be accepted without the purchase of the main conference travel package to Rome.
Purchase of pre or post tours must be in conjunction with the main conference travel package to Rome.
Hotels for each package are listed in the itineraries. All accommodation in hotels is subject to availability in your preferred category.
Closer to the date of travel a list of optional tours that can be pre-booked will be forwarded to all registered delegates. If minimum numbers are not met, the tour may need to be cancelled.
